Early Years Survey 2008

Entrants must be aged over 18 and not employees of Scholastic Ltd, their agents or anyone connected with the prize draw.

Closing date for all entries is Sunday 25 May 2008.
All questionnaires received will be entered into a draw and the winner will be the first entrant drawn at random.
The winner will receive £700 worth of Scholastic books.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Winners will be notified by post.
The names of the winners will be made available after 1^st June 2008 to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope and sending it to the entry address marked ‘Early Years Survey 2008 Results’.
No correspondence will be entered into.
Entry to the draw is free.
If you choose not to complete the questionnaire you may still enter the draw by sending your name and address to Early Years Survey 2008, Scholastic Ltd, Villiers House, Clarendon Avenue, Leamington Spa, CV32 6EE.
