  • We deliver a compact mobile bookshop to your school for a week, which is the centre of a whole-school literacy event.
  • For every £1 spent we give up to 60p back to your school to spend on books.

Scholastic celebrates the 2008 National Year of Reading

This season’s Book Fair theme is The Big Splash!

Great savings…

Scholastic Book Fairs are helping to celebrate the National Year of Reading by issuing a limited number of special National Year of Reading Vouchers*, each worth £1, for pupils at your school. Vouchers will be delivered with your fair and are valid until 31st July 2008.

How do you decide which pupils will receive a voucher? Why not hold a story-writing or poetry competition and award vouchers to the best piece of work? Or maybe see who can come up with the best costume for a storybook character? The opportunities for 2008 National Year of Reading fun are endless!

…and even more money off!

Scholastic Book Fairs are showing their support for The National Year of Reading by offering eight of your favourite books for only £2 each – available to buy at every fair!

The National Year of Reading £2 books are:

  • Kipper by Mick Inkpen
  • Alone In the Woods by Ian Beck
