Where do I send payment for the Book Fair?

We are encouraging you to take cashless payments at your Fair where possible.

Whilst you are free to accept cash and cheques from parents at your Book Fair we are no longer able to accept cash or cheques from you for your Scholastic Book Fair, so any cash payments will need to be banked by the school and transferred to us. You can find payment details on your Online Fair Report. Once you have completed your Online Fair Report, if you have entered cash, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. The invoice will be sent to the Finance contact we have on our system.

For security reasons our drivers are not permitted to handle cash, and any cash left with Book Fair cases cannot be recorded or tracked.

All cash payments are made at your own risk. We kindly ask all customers to use available electronic payment methods instead. Please see details on your online Fair Report.
