How do I exchange or return my order?

If you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered then just return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund. Please send the unwanted items to the address below with a note requesting a refund or exchange. At the Post Office, please ask for a certificate of posting, just in case there are any issues with their return. Please note – we can only pre-arrange a collection if the books are either damaged or if we have sent the incorrect titles.
