Walk to School Week with Microscooters Terms and conditions

1. Scholastic Limited of Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB (“Scholastic”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is the promoter of this campaign. 2. By entering and participating in this competition, you (“you”, “entrant”) are deemed to have accepted these rules, which may be amended from time to time, together with any Additional Terms. 3. The competition is open to children aged 0-11 and closed to employees of the Promoter or anyone else connected with the promotions. 4. This competition is open to UK residents only. 5. Only one entry per child per challenge is permitted. Multiple entries will be deemed invalid. 6. No purchase is necessary for entry into the competition. 7. Entrants are liable for their costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks. 8. All entries must be received by Scholastic by 24th May 2021. Any entries that arrive later than this will not be considered. 9. Scholastic reserves the right, but not the obligation, to publish any entry, including on the website and social media. Entrants acknowledge that the nature of the internet means that such entries will be available to be uploaded and view worldwide. No entries showing children will be published online. 10. One winner will be selected at random. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn from all entries received by Scholastic. 11. All decisions of Scholastic will be final and unchallengeable. No correspondence will be entered into. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted. 12. If you are a winner, Scholastic will make reasonable efforts to notify you within 30 days after the draw. 13. Failure to claim a prize within 30 days will make any claim invalid. Scholastic shall then be entitled to withdraw that entrant’s right to the prize and select an alternative winner. 14. The prize will be provided by Micro Scooters, who are a third party. The winner will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with such provider and comply with any third party terms and conditions. 15. Scholastic will pass on the winner’s details to Micro Scooters to enable them to fulfil the prize. 16. All entries and personal entrant information will be destroyed immediately following confirmation of a winner. 17.
