Read & Respond is a reading-rich programme based on stories that children will love. Each book-based resource has been carefully curated to provide a breadth of reading experiences, covering a wide range of themes and topics to engage learners at every age and stage.

Each book-based resource has been designed to give you plenty of time to teach the story in full. Delving into the world of the story at this depth provides lots of opportunities to improve children’s reading knowledge and core skills, with activities focusing on fluency, vocabulary and writing. This helps children to become secure in their reading skills, broadening their vocabulary and developing their understanding of the world around them.
