At Scholastic UK, we’re one of the best-known and fastest-growing primary education publishers in the country, the UK’s largest school book fair operator and the biggest children’s specialist bookseller in the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Self-Employed School Sales Consultants to work with Scholastic Education to promote and sell teacher resources, reading series, e-learning resources and children’s books. Key to the role will be visiting schools and being the first point of contact for school staff and building and maintaining customer relationships.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with outstanding presentation and demonstration skills. You’ll need to effectively manage a busy schedule in order to meet minimum sales expectations. A sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and an understanding of the education system are essential.
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and flexibility in working hours are essential.
You will be home based covering a specific region.
